The Newest Neville

I thought this blog was going to keep friends and family a little more up to date with Abbey and our family. That is hard to do when it doesn't get updated! I would like to think that I will get better about this but I'm afraid it probably won't. Of course I will continue to try!

Here are some pictures of Abbey over the last couple of months. She is full of attitude and keeps us laughing. She loves to talk and is always telling us interesting stories in her own "language". Most of her pictures show her scrunched up nose as she is saying "cheese!" which she says any time she sees a camera. For Halloween she was olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson thanks to Nana. She has no idea that she will be a big sister soon but I'm confident she will be the motherly/bossy big sister. Sadly I have no belly pictures of this pregnancy but I will post one soon since it will hopefully be disappearing in the next week or two!

So it has taken me the full 39 weeks to purposefully take a belly picture to share. Looking at it now I realize why! And of course Abbey is still included.

Emma arrived Friday Nov 14 @ 6:24 pm after a very short and easy labor. She was 7lbs 11 oz and 20 in long.

She is the perfect baby! She is sleeping and nursing wonderfully. Abbey has enjoyed having her around but is still a little jealous. Clint and I feel so blessed to have 2 such beautiful and wonderful girls!

When Emma was first born I thought, "She doesn't look anything like Abbey!". I guess I had forgotten what Abbey looked like as a newborn because as you can see, they look very much like! They both have daddy's nose (you can't escape The Neville Nose) but Abbey has my mouth and Emma has Clint's.
