4 month check up

Abbey had her check up yesterday. She actually did better this time than at her 2 month. She has been great even with a fever and sore legs today. She weighs 14 lbs and is 26 1/4 inches long. She is 50-75th percentile in weight and 95th percentile for height. The doctor keeps asking me how tall Clint is because she has been above average in height since birth. I guess we have to give credit to the other Neville's like Uncle Bill for her height, because it is obviously not from either of us!

I know I say it all the time but she is growing so fast! We started rice cereal last week. She loves it! and she does great! It has been lots of fun since she found her feet and discovered recently that she can get them to her mouth. She talks all the time and loves discovering new sounds she can make. Her most recent is making noise when breathing in. She will sit cooing and babbling and then make the funniest noise while breathing in to start on her next story. I wish you could hear her!

She can sit for moments at a time, until she gets excited and throws herself backwards. She can reach and grab for toys and she is working on getting the pacifier back in her mouth by herself.

She can be quite the stinker when she doesn't get her way. She doesn't like for anyone other than Clint or I to hold her. The car is also a place she has decided she doesn't like. She throws quite a little tantrum while riding in the car these days. She voices her opinion frequently. You will know right away when she doesn't agree! I had no idea it could start so young!

Here are some more adorable pictures!

Thanks for the update Amanda :o)
I just took a quick break from studying...(yeah I have Dr. Holland and she's really great at driving me crazy ...right now I have to write up signs and symptoms and pathogenesis for 70 differential diagnoses of abd pain...lucky me).

Looking at the pics made me smile and now I feel much better! She looks like a little princess!

Take care!
Aloha, Sonja
